Shipping policy
Order Processing: Processing may take 1 to 2 business days (orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will be processed on the following business day). Processing and shipping time does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipment:
- The package will be sent to the address registered in the purchase.
- You will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number.
- The order will be delivered within 6 to 10 business days from the purchase date.
Order Tracking: In some cases, the carrier may take 1 to 2 business days to update the status of your shipment. If the tracking number is not updated or not working, please contact us via WhatsApp at +57 3143533762 to provide you with information about the order.
Shipping Time: At the time of purchase, the order may take 6 to 10 business days.
Note: Money refunds cannot be requested if within the waiting period stipulated in our warranty and return policy. Shipping fees are linked to the values established by the carrier.
