Refund policy

Our exchange policy is valid for 14 DAYS after the purchase has been made. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange.

In order for the exchange to be effective, the purchased item must be completely clean, unused, in the same condition as received, with its respective packaging.

It is also important that you send us the purchase order number with the invoice receipt and the reason why you wish to make the exchange.

IMPORTANT: We do not offer money refunds. We only replace items if they are defective and/or damaged, from the same reference, which should be sent to our address at Carrera 41 # 32 - 30.

The customer bears the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
